Bathe & Prepare (Short Workshop)

Four focused days of bathing, drying and prep — no accreditation required. This hands-on intro course gives you a sound understanding of preparing a dog for grooming: bathing and drying different coat types, ear cleaning, nail clipping, product selection for skin and coat types, and safe handling throughout. On completion you receive a Certificate of Achievement from our academy.

• Selecting the correct tools
• Learning about products
• Hygiene preparation — ears and nails
• Safe handling

Course delivery

Delivered over 4 days with hands-on training in a mobile grooming trailer. Training may also involve travelling to clients, giving you real experience of a mobile grooming setup (dependent on booked clients and suitability).

Who it's for

New salon assistants, daycare staff, and keen owners who want to master the wash-bay fundamentals quickly — beginner friendly, no prerequisites.
