WA Dog Grooming Supplies

1. Change of Mind

WA Dog Grooming Supplies does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind. This includes situations where you:

  • Ordered the wrong product
  • Found the item cheaper elsewhere
  • No longer require the product

Under Australian Consumer Law, businesses are not required to provide a refund or replacement for change of mind purchases.

2. Consumer Guarantees (Your Rights Under Australian Law)

Our policy does not exclude or override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Under the law, products we sell must:

  • Be of acceptable quality
  • Be fit for purpose
  • Match descriptions or samples
  • Be free from defects

If a product fails to meet these guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy.

3. Major Problems

If your product has a major problem, you are entitled to choose:

  • A refund, or
  • A replacement, or
  • Compensation for the loss in value

A major problem includes when the product:

  • Is unsafe
  • Is significantly different from the description
  • Would not have been purchased if the issue was known
  • Does not do what it is supposed to do and cannot be easily fixed

4. Minor Problems

If the issue is not major, we will:

  • Provide a repair within a reasonable time, or
  • Offer a replacement or refund if the repair cannot be completed in a reasonable timeframe

5. Proof of Purchase

To process any return, repair, or refund, you must provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation).

6. Returns Process

  • Contact us as soon as you become aware of an issue
  • We may require the item to be returned for assessment
  • If the product is confirmed faulty, we will provide a remedy in line with the law

Where a product is faulty, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

7. Manufacturer’s Warranty

Some products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Warranty periods and terms are set by the manufacturer
  • These warranties are in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Consumer guarantees may apply even after a manufacturer’s warranty has expired.

8. Important Notice

WA Dog Grooming Supplies does not use “no refund” policies to deny lawful claims.

We comply fully with Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in this policy is intended to limit your legal rights.
